Can you flip an omelet? For years I’ve destroyed my eggs trying to flip them, I’ve never been able to master the art of the wrist flip. But those days are over, thanks to this game changing hack!
INGREDIENTS
–2 eggs
– a dash of milk
-a dash of salt & pepper
Stir in a bowl then pour into your pan like normal. I use the GreenPan Ceramic Nonstick Frying Pan (completely toxin-free.)
Move it around just a bit, up until the point that you would normally try to flip it (but then have a disaster.)
Now, we’re going to use the LID! Grab your pan and slide eggs gently onto the lid. Then, take your pan and FLIP!
Didn’t I tell you it was easy?
And just like that, we have the perfect omelet!
