Peanut Butter Dessert Hack LORAfied

Trying to cut back on sugar? Do you like Reese’s cups? Me, too! That’s why I started making this low carb dessert hack. Only 3 ingredients which are probably in your kitchen cabinet right now! Quick, easy and affordable, you’re going to love these guilt free goodies!

LORAfied Reese’s Balls

Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
1 cup cream cheese softened (8 oz)
1 bag chocolate chips (12 oz)

Directions:

Mix together peanut butter and cream cheese until smooth. Scoop onto lined tray and freeze for 20 minutes. Then, melt chocolate in microwave, stirring every 30 seconds.

Dip frozen balls in chocolate and freeze until set. Store in refrigerator or freezer.

Note: to make keto, use “No sugar added” peanut butter and sugar free chocolate chips. If the filing isn’t sweet enough for you, add 1/8 tsp powdered stevia or sugar free sweetener of choice to taste.
