Today I’m sharing a super easy Sloppy Joe hack! It’s only 4 ingredients and can be made either in a crockpot or stove top. Plus, it’s low carb!
LORAfied Low Carb Sloppy Joe Hack
Ingredients:
1 lb. Ground meat of choice
1 Cup Salsa
1/2 cup BBQ sauce (I use Primal Kitchen Food’s Unsweetened BBQ Sauce)
1 Tbsp. Chili seasoning
Directions:
Place everything in slow cooker, stir & cover
Cook on low 6 hours
*Can also make quickly on the stove top, brown meat first then add other ingredients, combing well. Simmer a few minutes before serving.
Serve on buns of choice, I use potato buns for the kids, low carb for the adults (try Unbun Keto Buns!)
