This is one of the easiest and handiest kitchen hacks out there – transforming ANY milk, including DF and nut milks in 1 step. The best part, you already have what you need!
DIY: Buttermilk
You’ll need 1 Cup of milk (any kind) and 1 Tablespoon of lemon juice. Stir both together. Let stir 5 – 10 minutes and it’s ready to use!
No lemons?
No worries! White vinegar or apple cider vinegar work, too.
